Registration for 2025 is open from February 28th and closes March 31st 2025.

Approved Applicants will be notified via e-mail by April 15, at which time their vendor fee's are due in full to secure their spot!

Applications received after March 31st are moved to the 'SUBSTITUTE' list when fill-ins are available, unless otherwise communicated.
